I've got some news! I was watching tv this morning and on one show they were interviewing Shane McCarthy (Creator Of Drift from All Hail Megatron) and mentioned that Hasbro is almost certainly releasing a Drift figure! :grin:

optimus- 95% perfect, wish he came with his giant battle axe.

megatron- cool tank mode, robot mode looks cool besides his messed up hand but it may look better in person. overall i give megatron 80%

Getting that Prime, without or without the axe (though I hope to high heaven he comes with one).

Megatron...what I'm seeing isn't too bad, but you'd think they'd be able by now to transform the bloody thing properly before taking pictures.

I'm trying hard to like this so far. I am. But; characters I'm bored to tears with that transform into nothing-in-particular alt modes? Can't get along with it.

If the game/inevitable cartoon turns out to be "gritty" and "mature" and generally Dreamwave-y and humourless, this may wind up being a cheap year for me.

It's really a shame Prime doesn't appear to have his axe. That would just complete the look of sheer badassity. Megs I'll get, if only because this new Prime will need a chew toy.

Seriously, though. I think this line will have a few hits and a few misses, but both of these are a definite get. Especially if it's revealed that Prime's Axe is on the menu.

Very pleased with Optimus (I guess the pic we saw before was without the top (hood? roof?) panels). He looks great and this is only Deluxe class! :APPLAUSE:

Megatron, I'm is a bit less excited, but he works. Hovertank is fine, and his robot mode looks fairly accurate, but seems to be missing hands (incomplete transformation?) Perhaps they'll make a voyager version that's even better. :PRAY:

Prim looks amazing. He is bulky and looks like he could do some major damage in the machine war. I wish he came with the huge axe he is holding in the game though. Not a fan of megs's hands but i can live with it.

But seriously, why deluxe?

Well as always I hope the final paint that's chosen will give it depth. It definatly look as if Megs is mistransformed, but other than that they look great!

Loving Prime, Megs i think is just mistransformed. So far from the three figures weve seen im getting Prime and BB and will PROBABLY get megs. Not a fan of the neon orange on prime hip though but overall a great figure

I really like the Prime mold, you can tell they spent a lot of time getting it right. I agree that Megs looks a little too much like the TFA Voyager, so that is a pass, between the triangle legs and head, the non symetrical shoulders (anal retentive much?) and tread arms, I'm just not digging it. Add the BB toy we saw and at the moment this line is 1 yes and 2 no. Although a deluxe price point may make for an impulse buy!
