My warbotron arrived defective, and not just a defect part, assembled defective, Do they even have QC? very irritated :evil:

Replacement received review completed, was a fast turn around for the replacement thanks to BBTS no hassle. Anyway here it is, Enjoy

BBTS is usually really good about this stuff; I'm sure they'll send you a new one, no problem.

That sucks! The good news is that you got it through BBTS. They should be able to help you out fairly quickly. Were there any other problems with the figure? What were the joints like? Plastic quality? Stress fractions?

you might consider lowering the background music a little when you do the full review. The music stole your thunder.

No other terrible issues that i noticed. I was actually pretty impressed, it seemed like Sturdy plastic, The purple plastic did seem a little softer and the feet were ridiculously hard to spin, major plastic creaking sound, however it didn't feel like it would break just needed some use to loosing up. I am currently still waiting for response from BBTS, I sent email with order # and a link to video to see for themselves. I will update. As for music i know i was just very irritated at that moment and tossed the vid together in about 5 min. I still think this will be the best Bruticus so far but maybe need to wait till they work out the issues, I seen other reviews online, one the wheels for landing gear didn't stay on, another said the mold cuts where scared. I will keep optimistic that my replacement is OK.

Is this aN assembly error you can fix yourself ? Or did they put two left shoulders by accident ?

it looks like they drilled the screw hole in the shoulder joint too low which caused it to be uneven, no way to fix it, I thought at first maybe the shoulder slid up and down, but that's not the case. I have it all boxed back up and ready to ship back. It is so off it will not transform, the tab is too low to connect on the leg

I wonder if the shoulder drilling error is going to be a defect in all the Air Raid figures.

OOPS yes Air Burst, i fixed the title. I spoke with BBTS they are going to replace it. They watched the video and said that helped see. I will update how the replacement turned out hopefully with a full good review this time. I would appreciate anyone else has same or other issues with this guy to post here or in the comments on my channel. This way if we find out there are tons of issues we can gather all the vids/pics together and have this company fix ASAP before this entire project becomes a failure. I really think as long as quality picks up it will be a great figure let alone the biggest combiner ever.
