i'm surprised i haven't seen this fight before.
brawn has an extremely high degree of strength and durability but hes also very agile as well as being a skilled brawler. his major weakness in this fight would probably be his lack of firepower, but his circuitry is of an older design and isn't protected against less conventional attacks.
warpath is also very strong, though id give brawn a slight advantage (their tech specs are identical for strength) warpath has vastly superior firepower and arguably greater durability, though probably not by much. hes also a very tough fighter but hes also an expert marksman with a wide range of options as to what type of ammo he wants to use. his major weakness would probably be his low vehicle speed and his gun barrels obvious and less than ideal strategic placing. hes also less focused and experienced in hand to hand combat.
i would personally give this fight to warpath. at the opening he would be able to fire several shots off at brawn, and given his accuracy at least one, probably more, would hit their target. warpath has access to 'sonic shells' and i believe brawn has been shown to be susceptible to frenzy's sonic attacks before.
brawn's agility would however mean he would likely avoid being critically damaged before he made his way to warpath to engage is hand to hand combat. while they are largely equal in going toe to toe, brawn's experience and skill would give him an advantage, and if he could damage warpaths canon it would neutralize his greatest advantage. no longer being able to use his firepower warpath would be forced to go toe to toe with one of the autobot's most dangerous melee fighters. ultimately his strength and durability would let him effectively trade blows, even if brawn was the better fighter. the deciding factor would be the damage warpath managed to deal in the opening stages of the fight before brawn got close enough to engage. they are so close in physical attributes that warpath would eventually wear brawn down.
depending on terrain warpath might even take out brawn before he ever reached him, or he might do less damage and be in for a more difficult fist fight, but in the end they are so evenly matched that his firepower combined with his accuracy is too much of an advantage and he'd take it probably 7 or 8 times out of 10, with brawn getting a a few wins in situations where the environment favored him (lost of cover) and he got to warpath almost untouched. he'd still be in for a difficult fight but his skill and experience would win out.
