No transformers sighting, but Toys R Us (atleast in Puyallup) has the GI Joe 25th Ann Exclusive 5-packs. Snake Eyes vs Red Ninja Troopers and Cobra Night Watch. I picked them up for my cousin, but they may be going back cause I don't know that he really "needs" them.

They also have an endcap of the new Iron Man figures. The packaging though looks horrible. Hasbro is using the "taped on blister flaps on the back" and the cardboard also feels weak; almost like the early Joe's figures cardback. Plus, the one that was a "Target exclusive" was the most plentiful - not an awe-inspiring trait...

North End had no TF Premiums last night (some of us would have gotten PMs if it did), but I did find the following SW wave 2 "Force Unleashed" figures: Rahm Kota and EVO Trooper x2. Also saw more Iron Man figures, both the silver/grey versions.

So, not too horrible...

Not really a sighting , more a chance to blow my own horn, but I thought it was pretty cool. My youngest son and I (mostly me because of the use of power tools) turned his Pinewood Derby car for Cub Scouts into a passible version of the '08 Camaro. He wanted Cliffjumpers color scheme, which turned out sweet. The best part is, my son got First place for all the races and won the coolest car award. (I'll try to get some pics)

And if anyone comes across the Target excl. Allspark Power Bumblebee, please let me know. In designing my sons car, I realised that the only '08 Bumblebee I have is the battledamaged one from the evoultion 2-pack.

Fred Meyers in Totem Lake had Wave 1 AllSpark Voygaers, if anyone still needs those.

They also restocked their Halo 3 figures. They just had the Chief, Brute Chief, Red mark IV, and Jackal. Nothing great.

T-Mack, do you need just the regular deluxe Concept Camaro BB? Or are you specifically looking for the Target one?

I was specifically after the Target version but I suppose either would work. Mostly after no battle damage in car mode, but since my Mom was a longtime Target employee and I have shopped at both the Lynnwood and Everett stores since the first day they opened, I feel a bit of loyalty to the company. (I can/have restocked the toy and electronics sections faster than a lot of the regular employees).

Last night I hit Lynnwood, Everett, and Marysville Walmart. Nothing.

This morning, hit Lynnwood, Everett, and Marysville Walmart AGAIN. Still nothing.

Target's are also dead, too. Which I hear is common right now.

Hey everyone, I'm new to these boards myself. Pretty big collector here of everything before and after BW/BM (I can't stand Transformers that become animals for some reason).

Anyway, just wanted to know if anyone has recently seen the Wal-Mart exclusive movie figures? Specifically Grindcore and Big Daddy. I've had trouble finding them. I checked Lynnwood today, and I looked at Everett a while ago.

By the way, I live in Everett, and work in Kirkland.

Anyone pick up anything at Sakuracon this weekend? I got SDCC Alternators Rodimus, Revoltech Hot Rodimus, Revoltech Starscream, MP-06 Skywarp, and Re-issue Ultra Magnus.

Unfortuantely it looks like the Walmart exclusives have dried up about a week ago. They seemed to have only been in stores for about three weeks. I only saw them three weekends in a row and now nothing.

^I think the Walmart closest to me still hasn't finished their inventory, and as far as I know hasn't stocked any exclusives. Don't know if they just got skipped on them since the other one in town had a whole gang. If so, I will pick up a stack of Grindcores and Big Daddys for everyone who needs em (if they ever get em). I should be up north sometime soon with the M's playing.

I'm heading up to my shop around lunchtime, so I will check out the Mt. Vernon Wal-Mart and see what they have, if anything, in the way of exclusives since I am after Big Daddy myself. Depending on traffic, I may even stop at the Marysville Wal-Mart on the way back down but that all depends on the time. I've been thinking about asking my friend in Bellingham to keep an eye out for the exclusives up there. That is one jaunt I don't mind making if there is a payoff at the end. Something to justify the gas usage. :grin:

I reside in Everett as well and so far nobody has held that against me or the others of us here in the northend, so you can consider yourself in good company here. I have Good News and Bad News...
The Good news is that I found Wal-Mart Deluxe Class exclusives!!
The Bad news is that they only have the two that nobody really wants.
(although after actually looking at Jolt, I was tempted to get him based on his color scheme and my deficiency of Decepticons, only problem being that I hate the transformation for that particular figure. No matter the color it is still a pain in the butt and even if I left it in vehicle mode, my youngest son would transform it behind my back and leave me stuck with getting it back into vehicle mode again. Not worth the hassle for me).
Also of not was an abundance of Robot Heroes exclusive Final Battle sets. Like, well over a dozen of the things. There were also a fair amount of voyager class and a whole bunch of Screen Battle sets.
I picked up one of the new Legends set which I had had to return a few weeks ago due to gas money shortage so I now have only 1 set left to complete that collection (Ice Megatron / Battle Jazz if any of you happen to spot 'em)

No Halo stuff that I could find, but when it does come in up there, those of you who are lacking stuff from the first or second wave down in this area, you'll have another shot at it since the redneck territory seems to be getting stuff late. (I'm 1/2 Redneck myself and speak the language fluently so I will be happy to venture into their territory to get whatever anyone may need.

) I'm going back up in the morning but will check here before I go and I have enough cash to pick up anything through voyager class so long as I can make the exchange in a day or two. I'll be working along the 405 corridor on friday and can make connections after work then if need be for those of you near the east side who want stuff.

Yea, only a stack of Jolts down here. I am still thinking that our main Walmart is holding back on the exclusives. Are any of the Target Scouts worth getting. I kind of liked the look of that red jeep in truck mode, and stormsurge, but the Robot pics on the back make them all look like McDonalds toys to me. If there are any that I should really pick up, let me know. I will keep an eye peeled for the exclusives atleast until I get the Premiums that I want, and find my cousin the last GI Joe that he wants for now (Thank god he didn't want those TRU Exclusive Joes).

I picked up Stormsurge and while he still looks very gangly in robot mode, I do like how he turned out in his hovercraft mode. His new paint job is much better than his original colors and even makes his bot mode easier to tolerate. The other scouts I would recommend only if you were trying to complete the set, which is why I will most likely get them. Otherwise they are just same old figures, new paint app.

Well, since I did not have any takers on stuff up north, I'm off to work. If anyone changes their mind, stuff does not fly off the shelves up there the way it does Everett southward so Voyagers and RH will be hanging around for a few days.

Some Premiums (Deluxes and Leaders) have been sighted at Targets. I would expect we get ours within the next two weeks. Sadly I don't have any money to pick them up. I've been feeding my other addiction, shoes...

North End was dead last night. Nothing at Lynnwood TRU, except one Voyager SS. Lynnwood Walmart had a couple wave 2 Allspark deluxes. Targets were sad.

There was also not a single Halo 3 figure to be had anywhere.

If anyone spots a Premium figure in the north end, please keep me in the PM loop. I will do the same for you guys.

Thanks for the offer Cyb. I stopped at the Smokey Point Target on my way home (my sunglasses broke and I can't maintain my black leather, bad-ass image without 'em.

) and there was a concept BB there but I did not like how the paint job turned out on it. 3 shades of yellow and it looked sloppy along the black portions. Not that all of them are that way but I decided that I would wait and try to get the Target exclusive All-Spark version when it appears.
However, if they don't show up soon, you may very well have an eager customer on your hands but if you get another taker, don't wait on my account.

There was nothing else noteworthy at Target except for 2 of the newer Scout class. Although the Autobot pin on my jacket did open the door for a flirtation oppurtunity with the barista at the Starbucks there. It went well until I found out how old she was, or rather how young she is in relation to how old I am...damn it! #-o

What is really going to suck is the day I find out how old I am in relation to the rest of all of you in the NW area. I swear if I find out I am the oldest NW Seibertronian I'm gonna start smacking people with my cane. No, I'm not ready to tell and Matt, if you remember you best not say anything. I half-way know where you work. :grin:

Encore Skylinx has been spotted and drooled over at the Comic Stop in the Everett Mall. A $109.00 price tag kept him from finding a new home last night but for any of you interested in furthering the adopt-a-bot program, that's where he is hiding. They also have a Wal-Mart excl. MP Starscream which is also sporting an obscene price tag. ($89.00 if I remember correctly) I went in search of a 2008 TF calendar and wound up leaving the mall with a $6.99 TF paperback, Ghosts of Yesterday, from Borders. Anyone spotting the calendar, anywhere, please let me know or snag it and I will reimburse right away. Don't care how far I have to drive for it but if you are in West Seattle, South king or Pierce county, you may have to wait till saturday until I can get down to you. Thanks...

Alderwood area was dead again yesterday. No premiums or anything of value.

Air Com SS, no Halo 3 anywhere. The store that told me they would stock Wed. is now saying Thurs. I don't get it.

Gamestop stores are taking pre-orders for their exclusive Halo 3 figure that's due out in June.

Also, Kicks Hobby (in North Seattle) has the Encore Jazz in stock. They'll call pre-order people today and they said they would have extras for people to purchase as well. When I go to pick up my pre-order I may have to get a second one...

Seriously, if there is a Gamestop exclusive item your after, Mt Vernon and Burlington have Gamestops in an equal ratio to Starbucks stores. I kid you not, I can stand at the front door of one and (if I were so inclined) throw a rock through the front of the next closest Gamestop. I can tell you how to get to 4 of the gamestops up there and I can only tell you of 3 Starbucks that I know off the top of my head, so if you want something from one, name it and I'll be all over it. There are about 9-10 in the area that I frequent trying to find stuff for my kids and I. There are only 2 Starbucks that I hit on a semi-regular basis but that just reminded me that there is another Gamestop open (close to a Starbucks) that I haven't hit yet.

As for the Premium figures...
Did I mention that I got a new pair of swords recently?

Woodinville Target has about 6 Thundercrackers and 3 FS Primes. They are the most popular figures ever! If any scalpers read this, you need to buy ALL of them - you'll make, like, thousands on Ebay.

This could be my lucky day (which I could use after having the ladder break and collapse underneath me during an install yesterday)
I have a shorter work day today, a heads-up on an FS Prime and now CJ7 has directed all the scalpers to one central location for me.

Thanks for the heads-up. I had Prime in hand 2 weeks ago but my gas tank won out on that choice. Now that work is picking back up things aren't quite as tight and I can look beoynd RH and Scout class sizes for my TF fix.
