I was watching a video of this scene on Youtube, and one guy pointed out what happened.

The scene where Optimus is brought back to life, The Fallen comes and takes The Matrix. Before he takes The Matrix, he kills a few soldiers with one swipe of his staff. Look at the guy on the far left...He takes his head COMPLETELY OFF!!! And theres blood too! If you thought the other stuff for this movie wasn't suitable for PG13, just think now!!! :twisted:

The scene where Reedman cuts the guy in half down the middle is pretty gruesome too.

You had to watch it in slow motion in order to notice it. I think it's still counted as PG-13.

You can still see it in fast motion. Slow motion just gives you a longer time to look at the head fly in the air and the blood fly out of it.

I think you're highly overestimating the violence of a quick, quick shot of someone being killed. The fact that it had to be slowed down in order for people to notice it actualy happened makes this pointless thread ever more pointless.
You're watching a PG-13 film. Move on.

Actually I don't think Reedman cut him IN HALF, but rather, Reedman cut THROUGH him.

And there's a difference. Cut in half was when Blade(Wesley Snipes) cut Reinhardt(Ron Perlman) through the middle, from down to up(Blade II, 2002)

It wasn't slowed down. A guy pointed it out in a full frame video, it wasn't going faster or slower, and I watched the same video, if you watch the movie you can see it. It's not that serious, calm down.

On another note, if you watch this scene in slow mo, you can notice The Fallen floating in the air for no reason before teleporting and landing on Optimus Prime...

You can thank my little brother for that, he basically made me watch any scene with a TransFormer in it in slow mo...

Yup, and PG=13 has sexual content too! Imagine how that makes it into movies for kids. They allow more stuff in the lower ratings these days.

BTW, I love it when that kind of violence makes it into Transformers. You think the Decepticons wouldn't do that if they were real? I think they would. Humans do it to each other in war.
