i have 352,656xp and cant make a build that doesn't get slaughtered. i've tried alot of stuff but think my bot is cursed.
Suggestions?

After a quick look at your team, I don't think you are doing anything wrong.
Some of your guys rely a bit too much on firepower, but you've avoided the 'Autobot Super Secret' mode stats and so its down to your deployment - if your outnumbered send Strafers and Avoiders, if you outnumber them, send Rammers and heavy hitters.
Other than that its just the RNG messing with you.

RNG = Random Number God. The evil controlling influence over all numbers generated in HMW meaning that, just when you really need a win or that last 50xp for a new upgrade, its the last thing that is likely to happen. Requires Virgins for appeasement.
Autobot Super Secret mode = The 'bots can unlock a special mode added by an ancient mystical programmer and as long as they put all their stats into only Rank, Skill and Intel and pick the altmode of a Lemming they are guaranteed* not to lose, ever. Has recently been expanded to include the Maximals.
*guess which bit of this is a lie?

45+ hours this week working keeps me on my toes. 
Though whether you call it lucky or not, the hours over 40 are done at my old job where I can still play HMW while pretending to work.

Its been snowing here so the country has shut down again, there are 4 people in my office today when there should be almost 50 and all the management live in the sticks so have used it an excuse not to come in.

Most likely it's the RNG as Psych said. It seems to choose favorites sometimes. There are days when I crush the bots. But, there are days like the last couple where I can't seem to score more than 3-500xp on a regular basis.
Just remember: Spd/Avd/crg or Ram/str/crg. You can't really go wrong there.

The frustrations caused by the random-evil-generator are common; some days are just not good.

BASTARDS! I live in the north east of England, where it's suposed to snow, and it lasted for only 1 day (well, there's still a bit on the fields, but the majority of it's gone) and wasnt anywhere near as deap as the south....
