In the first movie it was the Allspark.
In the second one it was the Matrix of Leadership.

Anyone have any ideas on the third one's?

Dark Energon? or maybe Unicron hell I don't know.

The Vector Sigma?

Its hard to guess. By the comics preluding the movie it seems Shockwave is up to something. They had a drone called "the brain" downloading a program or something so I'm not sure it will be another artifact they are after. Also don't forget the knowledge of the Allspark is still in Sam's mind. We do know Sam is already in Chicago when the invasion comes so maybe they are after him again. However there is science museum in Chicago so maybe there is an artifact in there or something.

The only spin I have on this is maybe "the brain" in the comics is actually downloading the program the run the vector sigma or possibly try to build another one on earth. But whatever the he brain is doing is very important to shockwave.

Is it confirmed that the Ark is Omega Supreme? I have not heard if it is. I dont think that will happen though. The first two movies were about trying to obtain a source of life/energon. The first movie it was through the Alspark and the second movie it was through the energon harvester. So I would think its safe to say the third movie will be similar in fashion. So your theory on vector sigma does fit in here.

It was said that it would turn the tide of the war for the Autobots. So it must be very powerful.

Allspark would have refilled Cybertron with life and created it.
Matrix of Leadership was the key to activate Sun Harvesters.

So this one should be something which would grant the posessing side either great power or some wisdom to do something.

So my bet goes on Key of Vector Sigma. In this story it would be the only thing that would open or access the Ultimate source: The Vector Sigma, an ancient computer, which holds great wisdom and mysterious power. The key itself acts as a map to it as well.
When Apollo 11 went to the Moon, they retrieved the key. That woke up both factions: Sentinel, who was the guardian of it, came out of stasis and headed to Earth, where he spent time searching for it; Shockwave sensed it somehow (like in the comic he does The AS) and headed to Earth with his fleet.
On Earth, meanwhile, humans have accessed some of its power and got some of the map (which they can't translate). The result, they have created The Wreckers: Leadfoot, Roadbuster & TopSpin. As Sentinel and Optimus & the rest of The A'bots are following various clues to finding the Key, the D'cons launch a full scale assault, led by Shockwave. Knowing their time is running out they form a plan: Bumblebee, Sam and Carly try to find the Key, Autobots and NEST fend off the D'cons, creating a diversion. While searching, Bee gets separated by a Con(s) and he somehow ends up with the others in a huge battle. Meanwhile, humans find the Key. It starts to speak with Sam (by showing him the Great Cybertronian War) because he has come in contact with The Cube. They are found and brought to Shockwave who takes the key. Before he gets to read the map, Optimus and Sentinel burst into his ship and they battle.

Maybe its just the arc

The key to Vector Sigma and or Cybertron's core to go and bring it back to life.

I can agree with this. It seems fitting for the third movie for the transformers to be able to return to their home planet. My guess is that only older transformers such as The Fallen and Sentinel Prime would know of other ways to create life other than the Allspark. Megatron and Optimus may be to young to know about it but Sentinel Prime tells Optimus or something. Then of course Megatron wants to use Vector Sigma to create a new army so he goes after the key too.

But maybe because Megatron is shamed and hiding, Shockwave is back and with Megatron out of the way takes over?

I think if so, Megatron and Shockwave would battle even though he acts loyal, and Soundwave could get involved?

I cant wait for this movie!

megatron is the one of reactivates shockwave. the russians had him frozen in the basement. and shockwave is loyal to megatron. its in the comics.

okay im pretty sure shockwave has NEVER even thought of over throwing megatron.He and Soundwave were some of his most loyalest troops even since the formation of the decepticons.
Maybe,before the government went to locate Soundwave hacking the satelites,Soundwave uncovered the secrets of Shockwave crash landing in Russia.While Megatron flees into hiding,soundwave quickly reports his findings to megatron as he transends into the atmosphere in search of an alt mode into blend in with.Megatron then forms a small task force along with Soundwave to attack the Russian HQ that is holding Shockwave in stasis lock.once they revive Shockwave,Shockwave then shows his appreciation by asking megatron if there is anything that he can do to repay him.Megatron then advises him to bring forth his Decepticon army from Cybertron.From there on out,i have no idea.

Technically, Sentinel Prime is an artefact on his own. Megatron is also an artefact in the eyes of all the Deceps who are just arriving (cuz he's been in stasis since forever).
