I think Underbase Starscream and WarWorld Starscream would come out both on top, but Ghost Starscream would own them both. As he has the ability to possess plus he is already dead, so he can't be killed.

Wow, I've heard him decribed as an ape, monkey, bird, and bug, but this is the first time I've heard him described as a butterfly! Yes, he does look like a giant steel butterfly, and the bug-face he has doesn't help things in that regard. 
Hopefully he'll have an improved face in the sequel.

I dunno, Energon Starscream got that frikken' huge sword, and based on logic created by Final Fantasy VII and others, Frikken' huge swords win every time.
