I haven't been able to pay much attention to the game other than stick guys in combat lately. Between a new job, a move, and all the other RL stuff, I totally forgot. But he has one now.

I've started out new. The old Destron Exchange Convoys died out one by one. First, Wind Convoy left. Then Your Convoy died. Then Sith Convoy got massively ambushed and Night Convoy, now left with neither girlfriend nor adoptive son, went on a suicide mission and never returned. For awhile, Air Convoy tried to manage with what team members she had left, but the stress began to show as her special power, the ability to adjust her body density to be either as thick as flint or light as a ghost began to go haywire. Her end came during a battle when she accidentally froze herself into a statue and was unable to change back. The rest of her team, under the temporary leader Imperial Convoy, tried to protect her and to get her back until the Autobots destroyed Imperial Convoy as well. With no one left to control them, the canon characters such as Leo Convoy abandoned the Decepticon side and scattered.

Since then, there's been rumors that Air Convoy's been restored to her metal form and is with her lover and son, as well as sightings Leo Convoy, but those are nothing but rumors and as far as the world was concerned, the Destron Exchange Convoys were nothing but a figment of history.

When the Predacon side called out for help again, a completely new team formed, consisting of twelve Seekers known only by their numerical callsigns.

i re-vamped my whole team so we will have to see how it goes

This guy, Road Hammer I just don't know what to do with him. He's supposed to be the commander of my team, but instead he's kind of a weiner.

He used to be a Heavy Vehicle, but even with a STR of 4 and RAM 2 and 2 tons of iron armor, he still got his butt kicked. Now I'm trying an Assault Vehicle with Strafe and SPD, and still not seeing the results I want. He was even a Tank for a while with lots of RAM, but that didn't work either.

Could someone give me some advice on some type of heavy vehicle (tank, semi, etc) and the tactics that would work best with it to make this guy fit to be the leader of my team?

Hey all!

Old player returning from the wilderness. It must be more than a year since I last played. I used to be an Autobot in the AWC, but after my hiatus I have turned purple mwhahahaha!!!

I see there are some things that have changed (new alt-mode classes, the big reset....) and some things haven't - v2.0 is till work in progress and Burn is still the God of all Transformers (or at least keeping the mods in check :p )

I've re-configured my team and am ready for action. I'm sure i'll see plenty of you guys around.

Unfortunately, at low level, you aren't going to see rammers or strafers outscore avoiders. Your choices are to either bite the bullet, go Ram and accept slightly lower XP payouts, or just powergame and make him an avoider for a while. Strafe you should definitely stay away from altogether until about level 3, at least.
