1) Masterpiece Rodimus…I don't even change him to vehicle mode any more, and I'm not sure I have ever transformed him to that mode correctly…I always get scared that I'm going to break him trying to line things up correctly

2) Terradive Deluxe- mine came with a cracked left wrist, so I've resigned to leave his left hand as a cannon in robot mode…shame because he is one of my favorites, awesome mold

3) Deluxe Cybertron Sideways- I have never been able to transform him without a leg popping out of the ball joint. The clip that holds his chest and hip together has never worked properly.

4) Deluxe Generations Skullgrin- Arms give me a way to go when trying to get back kibble panels in proper place. I just transformed him without a arm popping off-this is a first

5) HARDEST---> Deathstar Darth Vader- Good luck getting those panels lining up when changing him to a Deathstar!

I only transformed Generations Wheeljack once, from vehicle to robot.

I decided it was time to transform him again. Big mistake.
HOW THE HELL CAN I MAKE HIS ARMS FIT INSIDE THE BACK? I see the pegs and the peg-holes, but I cannot manage to make it fit together. I must do something wrong, but what?
God I just HATE this toy...

Apart from what has been said on the boards, my #1 most difficult would have to be Mach Kick from Beast Wars Neo. Laugh at me if you must, but i couldn't get the thing to transform properly. No matter how often i tried. Needless to say, the little pony ended up in the glue factory.

Personally for me, I always thought it was Beast Wars Depth Charge was one of the hardest, as well as Beast Wars Ironhide. This could just be me being young when I got them, but I just found them so confusing.

I would study that pic and make sure everything is lined up the same...you've gotta be doing something wrong if it's not working since it came in alt mode. Have you checked that the arms will both fold down properly on their own without the back part, and then after you confirm that, attach the arms to pegs before folding the back part down? Otherwise have a TF buddy give it a try...

Me, I think Wheeljack is one of the best Classics figs out there. And yeah, that back part was a little tricky initially.

I had the same problem when i first got tracks i havent got mine out at the moment but is there not a little peg/groove the arms fit into keeps the snug.

I won't deny that Tracks was a bit tricky at first. Once I spotted the little pegs though, and someone told me to put the arms into the back of the car before trying to fold it all up I got it down.

Don't you know how frustratingly hard it is to transform G1 Bumble B was? Or worst the G1 cassetterons? Or for the closest I have in mind TFA Ultra Magnus? Not to mention Prime Soundwave..........

And see? You finally got the gist of my post? A collection thread is what thou needs. Not belittling you or anything but you yourself admitted as such.

If fact, heck just having such a huge collection occupying your home's corridor is already a feat itself! (That is not sarcasm btw)That deserves a thread focused on just that, your collection.

And back to the subject you started.

1.GF Soundwave, not hard to transform perse but, the figure won't stay in place after being transformed. That panels don't seem to fit.

2. I mentioned again BW Galvatron (the dragon like tank). Wtf was Takara thinking when they designed it?

3. MP Megatron.......so frikin pain in the @ss to transform

4.Superpants Prime + ML UltraMagnus, hard to transform(?) or just won't fit his shoulder back/ thingie

5.Henkei Octane, another frikin pain in the @ss to transform
