He was one of my favorite G1 bots too, but this isn't G1, it's "loosely based" and Jazz died. Bringing him back would not only take away from the realistic feel, but also make his death at the hands of Megatron pointless.

In this movie, Prowl & Wheeljack were suppose to be in it. The Twins probably can be a good choice but I do not think we can have one without the other.

Which twins are you referring to, Sunstreaker and Sideswipe or one of the pairs clones?

I'd definitely like to see one of the "geeky" Autobots in the next movie. Wheeljack would probably be the best fit, with his fancy racing car altmode and his penchant for weird gadgets that tend to blow up. And the flashing ears. :grin:

(Though it would be very cool to see Perceptor reimagined as, say, a mobile equipment-filled observatory of some sort, busy studying Earth, and with David Hyde Pierce as the voice... ah, but I'm dreaming.)

On the opposite side, they could call in Shockwave, as a cold, brutally logical warrior with some suitably nasty firepower-laden altmode. Perhaps arriving to deal with Starscream's botched mission after getting word of it?

And chalk me up as another Soundwave fan. Especially if he can bring Rumble along (and possibly Ravage and Laserbeak, too.)

And I'm sort of torn... on the one hand, I liked the movie Jazz, and on the other hand, I agree that he and Megatron should stay dead, or it will feel cheap. Ah, well.

Ultramagnus isn't a bad idea. While I like Kasey, I don't see him doing the voice. Also don't care to see many red Autobot cars in TF2, but if Kassum got the part I'ld be okay with it.

I think I'ld try to bring in Broadcast as Radio station van, or a TV News van. Could even use Twincast colors or just have a cassette player in the Van that looks alot like the toy.

Perceptor as some mobile observatory would be good too.

I like the Soundwave Escalade idea, but I'ld spruce it up with some DJ tech in the trunk that would become his minions. Then again some big speakers could look like the cassettes... rumble bass speaker, matching laserbeak turn tables and ravage soundboard; I feel torn now. Maybe have frenzies head placed on an amp in the movie to complete the set.

The Combiners!!!

Superion, Devastator, Bruticus, Defensor, hell... even Omega Supreme would be SICK!!! Or the triple changers... something along the lines of an Astrotrain or Blitzwing.

Cyclonis would be bad-ass too as would a number of others. There's so many cool & signifigant ones to chose from. I mean... did you see Shockwave in the videogame... AWESOME!!!

But they need to stay away from the Animals as much as possible to keep the realism going. Stay away from Dinobots, insecticons, etc., stay with machines for now in my opinion. They were pushing it with Scorpinok. But they made it work. I love Dinobots just as much as anyone, but they have no plave in this trilogy in my opinion.

Since everyones pretty sure that shockwave and arcee will be in it put in cliffjumper hound the lamborghini brothers ultra magnus thundercracker etc etc. oh and kup hot rod and and least one triple changer the dinobots and ALL the speacial(no pun intended)(im looking at you devastator) teams plus constructicons(yeah i got high hopes for 2 i think its necesarry considering how mind-blowing 1 was).
