Whatever happened to that TFCC-eHobby partnership thing?

I seem to remember an announcement about TFCC and e-Hobby teaming up. We all assumed it meant that Japan would get TFCC exclusives and the West would get e-Hobby exclusives. So has anything come of this yet?
