How do I level up and/or get money if I keep getting the slag beaten out of me?

Just try to have patience and be sure to pick missions that arn't heavily bot sided.

worry not, at level 0 all repairs are FREE(or should be), at the start you're the lowest of the low, just sit there taking punishment for a while scraping together XP and energon.

this'll be hard as a con as they're outnumbered at the lower levels, but try to find missions that are about to close where the bots are either massively outnumbered, or ou leveled, hopefully you can depend on you con brethren to win the mission, granting you the xp and energon win bonus.

when you start getting some XP put it either in strength or avoid. strength will increase the damage you do(earning more xp). avoid will give you 50xp and energon each time you succesfully avoid an attack. speed is also good as it'll increase the chances of your attacks hitting, your bot being missed by enemy attacks, and slightly raise the chance of your bot attacking.

Oh, and it might be worth mentioning that it's ok if you go a little crazy, as we are currently waiting upon the long awaited Version 2 to come out, expect that sometime around the release of the movie.
It'll mean we ALL start from scratch, so when that happens, I look foward to fighting alongside you!

When the first time i play the game (HMW), i always getting beaten up from the opposite side; Autobots. It gonna be a long way to upgrade your transformers.

Here's some hints and tricks for ya (My Suggestion).

First of all, create at least 2 transformers and let them join in Mission mode; choose (join in) the mission lvl 0; 100xp & €50. You'll get at least 100xp whether you win or not. Keep on playing/join in (in mission mode - don't enter Arena mode) atleast 10 (or more) missions until you get 1,000 xp to upgrade whether STR, INT, SPD, END and etc (I suggest u upgrade on STR at first).

Then u need to collect atleast €1,000/2,000, create another (or 2 more) transformers, keep on doing like enter missions and do the same as your first 2 transformers did. When all of your's transformers upgrade atleast 1 (suggest/better if u upgrade/level up the STR point; 1), your job it's to install and hook them up some armory one by one and after done install the armor on all of your's transformers, feel free to enter the Arena mode.

If you have some extra money, equip them some weapons (buy either Disruptor Rifle/Null-Ray Rifle/Gun (it's cheap, usefull and affordable) even better buy X-Ray Laser - don't buy Slingshot or Sword 'coz it cost you more money & and it's not worth to buy it > u need some money for the payment on CR Chamber - sometimes you'll get zero on both experiences and energons if you lose).

Remember, you are the 'Commander' for all the strategies on your transformers. It's all up to you but do think first then act.

Wouldn't being the most slackingest slacker take effort to be attained? if so, is that not contradictory as to what a slacker is?

Hehehe! Actually, being the slackingest slacker requires pretty much no effort whatsoever. Which suits me right down to the ground. The less effort expended, the better!

Also, sanity is totally overrated.

1 tonne of rank one armour really does not offer that much in the way of damage mitigation

by all means install armour but don't expect much of a return wearing so little of such weak stuff.

this is also untrue the X-ray is the daddy of the 0 stat requirement weapons.

it's damage range means that it will on average do twice as much damage as every other 0/0 weapon except the Disruptor (which it'll still beat by a factor of 1.5), the xray's minimum damage is comparable to the average damage of the nullray/slingshot/gun/sword.

on rechage we have quite a range, the slingshot is the fastest, it can get off two shots in as much time as the Xray, and is the only weapon that'll do more damage per second than the Xray, however you'd need a stupidly high amount of courage to really take advantage of this, thew disruptor is crippled by it's recharge rate being twice that of the Xray.

didn't you earliar say that she'll get at least 100xp whether you win or not? and she won't need some money for the CR chamber until she has a lvl 1 as CR IS FREE FOR LEVEL 0.

I also forgot to say/ edit (by adding "or more" and "One ton of Armor may be installed per point of Strength") on this one/part:-

Maybe i can't remember it well 'bout it 'coz when all my Transformers at LVL 0, it's on 2/3 years ago.
