What the hell happened to him in DOTM? Did Sam's parents leave him behind? Did he get killed? This has been bugging me since I saw DOTM. What happened?

Probably left him at home and had the neighbors look after him. Same with the other dog. Frankie, I think? Don't know how many folks take their pets with them on vacation.

Would've been real strange to see him right after Ironhide died and be reminded of that now-eerily-prophetic "that'll rust" line.

Mojo was probably at Sam's parent's house. But, what about Wheelie having Mikeala's dog?
Wasn't that dog with Sam's friend from the first film?
What happened to Sam's freind?
What happened to the bully from the first film?
Why did mikeala break up with sam?
If megatron killed Optimus, and the fallen can only be killed by a prime, why didn't Megatron kill the Fallen?
Why did the Matrix turn to dust in ROTF?
Why wasn't Starscream's tattoos explained in the films, but only the toyline?
If these 3 films were remakes of Transformers, why did they not have all the orriginal characters in them, but instead, have most, and have new characters?
Who was that guy walking around in the background during Simmon's interveiw with O'reily?
Why was Megatron killing the spider bots that were helping him?
Why were they smaller than Scalpel?

I would like people to anwser some of the above for other topics. I think we should have a seperate forum for all those questions, and more. The movies have more issues than I thought, until I thought about them. I hope this isn't counted as Spam, It's supposed to show how much the movies don't tell you.

Because Megatron isn't a Prime.

Epic answers, I know the answers to most of those questions actually, I was just foolin around. It's just some people may not be obsessed with Transformers, and not know answers to these questions. I think some, if not, all of those questions should have been answered in the movies. So many characters gone from the first film, and so many Transformers left out. The movies are great, but should have answered some of those questions.

I've wondered this too. The idea obviously is that only a Prime can kill the Fallen. But if someone exists who can kill a Prime, then logically that person should be capable of killing the Fallen, unless there's magic somehow involved. And we all know the butthurt TF fans have regarding magic, since Harry Potter uses it and all.
It seems like just a lapse in the storytelling. Only a Prime could kill the Fallen, but if Megatron kills a Prime, that would make him logically capable of killing the Fallen. Unless, for a crap story reason, people wanted to 'forget' that.

Why did the Matrix turn to dust in ROTF?

I'm also lay that at the feet of bad story telling. It wasn't dust in DOTM, and I don't remember it being physically resotred in ROTF. No, "Sam got it zomg!!" doesn't count. I can't recall it being physically reconstituted in ROTF. Maybe it was, I'm just saying I can't recall it.

"Because none of that it canon....except those unexplained things make perfect sense, if you read the novels/comics/toy bios which aren't canon....and aren't intended for casual fans....or that no one needs to explain themselve to you." Those tats were important for various reasons in various splinter fictions....I think just no one bothered to take a minute away from bad Shia LeBouf mugging for the camera to explain them, really.

Wow, really? The dog? I mean, fixate on whatever makes you happy, but we're worried that the dog was missing? No one asked Sam if he'd been masturbating either....
