MP Barricade, I guess. When movie 1 came out I thought he looked like trash, but his overall look really grew on me. Especially the vehicle mode. And the MP toy captures all of that.
If we count recent toys then Studio Hot Rod is excellent. But I think it's too soon for that.

One of the best Cyberverse Commander class (Core class in modern terms) of it's time. And even by today's standards it's still amazing. If memory serve, it have never ever been repainted nor retooled.
