The rules so far seem to be that they will redo characters if they are from a different fiction or a different scale or functionality (this Voyager Silverbolt can combine, for instance, and this powerglide is now a legion class). But for the most part, it's always more fun to think of new characters that were not released in any of the CHUG lines.
You might laugh at me, but one character that was never given a decent toy, to me, was Beast Machines Silverbolt. It's an interesting design and it would be really cool to see what they could do with it now. So, I would love to see a Generations Beast Machines Silverbolt. A Voyager Beast Wars Dinobot too, but that's more for the toy you know hasbro will never make thread.
