Well...Transformers movie 2007 Breakaway was originally intended to be part of the Universe 2008 line-up as the Classics Getaway entry in the series (along with Fracture/Crasher and Crankcase), but Wal-Mart felt the branding for the movie toys was stronger and so the choice was made to sell them as movie toys instead. Later expanded universe fiction for the movies added these characters in these forms, but they were really designed as Classics figures from the beginning, so don't feel bad using that Getaway as your Classics/neo-G1 Getaway.

I might get shouted down for this, but I'd like a domestic release of a Voyager Rodimus.

I think Hasbro could do one better than the Cloud release and take the Springer mold and retool it like they did with Chromia. I'd say get rid of the triple changer feature to get a better "Hot Rod" look. But really, I'd like a Nick Roche Rodimus and I'm surprised that the Cloud release is all we've gotten given the character's prominence.

ill second that. classics rodimus was a looong time ago and the mold has certainly gotten its use. it can still totally be "hotrod", but its time for a new mold. one that properly represent "rodimus prime".

Even though I bought the Cloud release, I could get behind that 100%. On that note, I'd like comic accurate Chromedome and Rewind figures as the TFCC versions did not do it for me.

Same with BW Cheetor who needs a better figure way more than Dinobot does.

Back to classic figures who need a second go. A new G1 Ironhide in Voyager Class (though I would settle with a Deluxe) and a G1 Galvatron as a leader would be much appreciated
