To attempt to answer this quest in the spirit it was intend to be answered i'll start my list the thoughts that War Hulk can handle the lower range of Blackbolt's vocal assault, legit knows how to fight, heals better than wolverine, and can scale his strength with his primal emotions.
Also beat in the since of a legit KO and not needing to kill aided souly by there physical prowess and not allussionary forces be they magical in nature, psychic or otherwise.
Who can beat up the Hulk upclose with fisty cuffs.
of DC... Superman, Capt Marvel, Black Adam, Darkside, Doomday, Lobo, maybe even Wonderwoman or the Flash. Any Dc character with speed and strength on a Kryptonian scale capable of striking his head with enough fore for a short KO or severing his spinal colum for longer than 1 minute.
Of Marvel... Sentry, Gladiator, Silversurfer, Thor, Nova, Super Skrull, Capt Britain, Thorbuster-Ironman (if projectiles are allowed), Blackbolt (with a full volcal assault followed with a temple strike using his "masterblow") and others capable of both enduring his scaling strength and having a means of incapasitating through KO, spinal injury or momentary sofication via sustained removal of lungs or other methode of sustaining brain functions.
When it comes to killing the Hulk or using smart, "I can't knock this sucka out upclose so let me play keep away" tactics the list will increase or decrease accordingly... also powers resembling telekenetics would prove sufficient along with nerological based ninjitus arts from Naruto. I'll leave DBZ out for arguments sake along with Bleach, but i think you get the idea...also i don't thinkk the Hulk could digest the old school Apacolyspe in time to stop him. Hell Namor might pull it off in the water.
Juggy and the Thing are just out matched. The Marvel creed "Hulk is the strongest thing there is." kinda limits the number in a direct hand to hand assault, and his new found regenration factor is also a bit to over come.
Plus one of friends could pull her ass out of the fire if things got hairy. But given her probability altering powers she'd just use them to get lucky (I'd spontaniously appear. 
) and dodge all of his punches and attacks and find some miracle way to beat him.
