Starscream with a normal voice would be preaty much perfect.
Starscream's colors are perfect; just check out his glaring reds against the calm whites and cool blues. Why else would he stand out?

Yeah, well generally, I'm pretty sure I can, being that I've lasted here, you know, FOUR YEARS? As for your remark about Thruster, Thruster's been going against everything I've said too, which is getting on my nerves. And you know why I get pissed off? It's called Aspergers Syndrome. It's a mild form of Autism, which leads to a bit of a short spark. People piss me off, I react to it. And I get annoyed when I hear some weirdo going on about how a cartoon robot voiced by a deceased 50 year old voice actor is sexy. I mean, come on, Starscream's more of a girl than most girls, for crying out loud!

People can find voices sexy without actually finding the character sexy. I think the voice of Candy in GTA Vice City is very sexy, but that doesn't mean I find a computer generated woman sexy. And so they like a big robot, it's just a harmless bit of fun.
