I've always had a soft spot for G1 Starscream, I do like Skywarp as well tho

I gotta say Skywarp for paint scheme and ability, but my favorites have always been the 'storm' seekers, mainly acidstorm, but I actually found some nice art of G2 Sandstorm, and he jumped right up my list to #1

Dreamwave's Sunstorm (how come he's not in IDW?)

Cybertron Starscream (very War Within feel)

Though not really considered a Seeker...

Yeah, cyberton starscream seemed to draw heavily from war within with elements from the first episode of the g1 cartoon; it's a shame he was a little too chunky in vehicle mode when all was said and done, but it was a cool look nonetheless

Visually in G1, I really like Thrust. I like those turbines on his wings.

As for character in fiction, by far Prime Dreadwing.

I really like THUNDERCRACKER.

he's more sensitive and sensible than the others.
Aside from Screamy, the others seem like meatheads... scrapheads?

Plus, he has the robo-cajones to quit and go it alone-ish.
And I like his dog.
