I'd like to see Tarantulas, Sideways, Shockwave, the Dinobots, Scourge and Silverbolt make an appearance.

There were quite a few threads on this back when I was, a bit more active...but here it goes...

In this Season, I wanna see the Dinobots and Constructicons. The Dinobots; Grimlock, Swoop, and Sludge. The Constructicons; Scrapper, Bonecrusher, Mixmaster, Scavenger, and Long Haul.

I think Devastator would make a nice enemy for the Season 2 finale, considering they already played the Unicron card.

Scrapper; Chest. Bonecrusher; Left Arm. Scavenger; Right Arm. Long Haul; Right Leg. Mixmaster; Left Leg.

In Season 3, I want need Ironhide. They can also throw in;

Ultra Magnus, Hot Shot, Kup, Blurr, Jetfire, Jazz, Shockwave, Blitzwing, Lockdown, Dead End, Rumble, Thundercracker, Skywarp, and Brimstone.

I've said it before: bring on the Dinobots! Although, considering they barely made it into Fall of Cybertron, one wonders if the Prime showrunners can come up with as good a reason to convince Hasbro to bring in the Dinobots. Considering the 'bots are trying to be covert, having transforming dinosaurs might be something of a problem.

Also, seeing the Combaticons in the show would be an interesting site.

"Barely"? Matt Tieger makes it sound like the Dinobots are major factors of the game. How do you mean "barely"?

The way things are going, I'd like to see a lot of 'small' Autobots who can fill the poplulation but not necessarily win a battle alone. By these I mean Pipes/Huffer, Gears/Brawn, Windcharger and so on. The lot could be imported without need to add more named Deceps as long as the vehicons & Insecticons are there to spam any battlefield.

For the sake of what I've known, I would very much like to see Bluestreak, Silverstreak, Sunstreaker, and Sideswipe because that IS (a taste of)the real Team Prime. I think these particular 4 would fit in to the constant sudden mission theme just fine.

Alternatively, for the sake not of what I've known but what I was introduced to in the Bayverse, the 3 Wreckers, but with Ironhide and Kup as VETERAN SOLDIERS to remind the Wreckers that Wreckers are just a fad.

Don't want no Dinobots or Constructicons in this very tedious, slow show that doesn't represent old characters well anyway and PRETENDS to have a shifting dynamic whilst just shuffling unavailability of developments around. Best to just leave well alone, leave small group character development of PRIME to PRIME & bring in new stuff favorable to that dynamic.(an opinion that I am waiting to change as the show progresses, for the record).

Leave the G1 Biggies vs hordes of little guys dynamic to G1.Can't just have 4 basic bots and then 5 or 6 massive lighthouses driving a story. Not all Transplants are successful.

There are a lot more than just three Wreckers in this continuity, and of those three in the DOTM, only Roadbuster is known to be a Wrecker in this continuity, but he's dead. Though, neither Ironhide nor Kup are Wreckers.

Ah, Okay then,I missed or have forgotten the Roadbuster death.

As for I/Hide and Kup, I'm aware they're not Wreckers (so far, anyway) and I don't want them to be. I prefer to see lots of soldiers and only a few Wreckers and don't appreciate the idea that toys which were already unique in the Generation they came from might now become unique only because they might get the 'Wrecker' label.

Arcee is a clear thinking, gutsy character with a results-oriented persona who is just as capable as a Wrecker but doesn't have the whole Wrecker Bravado attitude. She is so far representing the normal rank-and-file soldiers (the 'Grunts') alone (Since she can't talk with Bumblebee about Soldiering in front of the viewers while Bulkhead and Wheeljack get to have their regular bonding sessions) which is why I would appreciate Kup and Ironhide (and Hot Shot) being members of her 'caste' and not being imported as even more Wreckers.

The Dinobots, of course. But the cheapos who make the show won't make more than 2 addition each season it seems - I still don't understand the small cast... There's no characterisation whatsoever, so adding a ton of new character wouldn't take anything from the show.

According to this article, Hasbro had basically "mothballed" the Dinobots as they apparently didn't fit Hasbro's vision for the direction they wanted to go with the franchise. Tieger had to develop one hell of a story to bring the Dinobots into the game.

So do Prowl and Barricade. Doesn't meany they'll show up in the show.

I'm suspecting some kind of collective agreement that the Armada/Beast Wars/Movieverse 'formula of about 6 versus five' is the successful one for some brilliant reason. Very frustrating to look forward to new arrivals and yet continue to anticipate a miniscule cast even by endgame.

More like how CGI budget restraints prohibit them from having a large cast of unique individuals, hence the small amount of named characters and large amount of identical footsoldiers (Vehicons, Insecticons, etc.).

Same thing happened in Beast wars and Beast Machines, only this time they have regular human characters to animate as well.

I would love for the second season to end with an adaptation of Target:2006, with Galvatron being sent from an alternate future where Unicron survived to procure the relics the bots have recovered so far. It makes sense (to me at least), we can have the big bad Unicron as a season-ending threat again (albeit faceless), and really, who wouldn't want to see a Megatron / Galvatron battle?

Other than that, Shockwave, Trypticon, and Ironhide I really want to see on the show.

Jetfire and jetfire only, he was a boss in armada, a boss as skyfire, and a boss while having an australian accent. I just hope we get some new bots' I mean wheeljack isn't really part of the team and bulkhead is extremley weak. Plus we need a flying autobot. :sad:

agreed Grimlock was the man, plus that will add some nice humor. "Me Grimlock think I should be in Prime" "No me Swoop think I should be in Prime" "Wait, me snarl think all of us should be in prime!" "..." *all start fighting*

Call it silly, but I think it would be kind of cool if they brought Kup in for an appearance. I know he's not a standard character outside of the original G1, but he's one of the few characters that's older than Optimus and Ratcher. It would be funny to see Ratchet being treated like the rookie for a change.
