Whoa! Who is this dude?

I was opening some old collection boxes with micromasters (recent, not vintage) in them and found this little death Dorito (attached photo). Anyone recognize him and know what set he came with? He’s honestly probably the best of any of the recent micromasters we got. I’m totally blanking on the set, and I’ve been trying to scour old listing on Amazon and TFWiki and such.

That's whisper, he came with an armada wheeljack redeco repurposed as SG Sideswipe. He actually got an update fairly reccently.
