Unicron is a planet. Earth. That's right, we f'ing live on the guy. The whole planet starts to shake, natural disasters everywhere (it is Bay), as he begins his transformation, and the objective is to stop it before it gets worse.
And don't say, "An organic Unicron sucks", because he wouldn't be. The core of the earth is iron and nickel. That's him. The rest is just rock from the solar system that formed around him as the planets coilesed.
So no, you'd never actually see him in robot mode, which is disappointing, but it's cool, and keeps the action "grounded" and not to spacy.
Of course, it's probably too much.
