In previous threads, I ask who would make good faction leaders, now I want to know which Autobot leader should never be leader of Autobots. Who is the least qualified for leadership? Or bluntly, who would Decepticons would choose as Autobot leader?

Grimlock, absolutley. 
While he has amazing strength, and an awesome alt-mode, he doesn't have the mental ability to do much of anything. Anyone who talks like "Me Grimlock, Me want cheese!" probably shouldn't be a leader. Just saying...

It's too easy to put a retard in charge like G1 Wheelie or ROTF Skids/Mudflap.
I will go instead with DOTM Sentinel Prime. He's a Prime and would be a great leader... untile the Autobots noticed too late that they have turned into Decepticons! Rodimus Prime had so much promise at the end of the original movie but thanks to crappy writting he was turned into a whinning puss-bot. but my money on worst choice to lead would be Red Alert

I actually still a little shocked that Rodimus is so different from the movie to the cartoon. He was an useful Autobot for most of the movie, from combat to even battlefield medic. He really made only one mistake (albeit MASSIVE
mistake) throughout the entire movie. Even taking the Matrix was the right move at the time. Maybe not giving it back to Ultra Magnus after the movie was the fatal mistake.
