Armada Overload. If he wasn't a combiner I wouldnt have him. no articulation, that transformation noise gets annoying, and what happens when the "minicon" is in robot mode? Youre left with a block of red plastic? other than the combination qualities there is not much excitement otherwise I'd say...but I also have Armada Optimus and Jetfire so I ended up finding one.

I want to say RID Megatron, simply because due to the large amount of transformation / alt modes available to him, a lot of the alt modes doesn't really makes sense at all. Thus I always leave him in his robot mode

Star Wars X-Wing Luke Skywalker. I bought him on sale because I had Death Star and figured he'd need a nemesis. Never been dissappointed in buying a TF before, but that was the first time.
I also bought RotF Superion. The reviews are right, it isn't a great gestalt at all. One of his legs always wants to fall off! I'm thinking that the FP add-on set will save him, though. So, there's hope for him.

hmm I'd have to say 2007 Movie Optimus Prime. Sorry to people that like that toy, but I have to hunch him over to stand him, and everytime I just touch him anywhere He makes that noise when you push down the button on his chest. I play with him SOMETIMES but not ALL times.

Animated Starscream. This toy just gives me pure agony. Parts keep falling off and getting him completely into alternate mode is a bloody hay day.

Armada Blurr.
Sorry Blurrz, but that blurr had very little articulation, less so than many of his Autobot compatriots at the time.

Probably voyager 07 Megs...looks like crap and is boring to transform. He's so lame that I let my little brother who's 20 years younger take him home to borrow. When I got him back he was missing his missile and I didn't really even care. That would drive me nuts if it were a decent figure (not to mention I can't imagine borrowing it out if I cared about it in the first place.) I would have just let the little guy keep it, but it's so lame I don't think even he wanted it after a few weeks!

Animated Voyager Megatron: Playing with the arms causes a function in the chest to start transforming. The legs fall off so easily that I'm not sure even the super glue tricks would work. The gun/sword jutts out in an odd way. All-around, he's a turd. The Leader class toy puts the Voyager to shame.
I felt the same way when I first bought Starscream, but then I removed the parts I hate (back kibble, missiles) and eventually he grew on me. Transformation and all.

2007 Ultimate Bumblebee. Good god. So clunky and disappointing after getting 2007 CC BB. Glad I used mostly gift cards on UBB.

Animated Swoop, he's flimsy and won't stay together. I've never been able to get his wings to attach to his back in robot mode and his head wont stay on. His pteranodon mode is terrible, it's got huge legs and tiny wings.

Armada blurr is my favorite armada figure. His twin guns alone makes him great!
Back to topic. I wonder why i even bothered buying Armada Scavenger. His feet/steamroller connection bothered me the most, and his over all simplicity for his figure class. I was ashamed when i ended up liking his minicon more than himself. Animated Swoop follows close second, then voyager TFA bulkhead.

Re: Worst Transformers Toy you ever owned?
I believe for me is Beast Wars Neo Magmatron, really ugly face he have there and is very troublesome to transform. Following closely behind is Big Convoy also from Beast Wars Neo, its really a nice figure but i played with it a while and the tusks became loose and broken also very hard to transform. Too stiff and lastly cyber shark from Beast Wars Transmetal, nice shark mode but ugly robot mode and ugly face I wondered why I got him in the 1st place. Yea I pretty do not like my current beast wars robots that much..

I gotta agree with Tom Brokaw...it was a disappointment! I actually keep him in bot mode with zero desire to change him to his sad transport mode. His weopan is even sadder too. I think deep down he really wanted to be a Constructicon with his ready dual saw and shovel!
Another disappointment was Energon Wing Saber. Because of his design when in jet mode the weight from both sides sort of gave way to the separating center. And when in bot mode he looks like he can only move his wrists if you check out the gallery. It leaves little for decent posability...'nuff said!!

I have to expand this idea to pretty much all the movie toys, be they movie the first or second. And both times, I've plunked down money for them, and only have myself to blame. While it;s true that a few of them have become quite dear to me for the most part I really dislike the reliance on tabs to hold vehicle modes togehter and their inability to resemble anything other than the concept cars they are based on. The robot modes don't really seem like robots to me, they seem like what happens when you untwist a bunch of plastic parts and then squint at what you've done until you see the robot hidden in the jumble, like those magic eye 3D things. Yeah, they're detailed like madness in terms of grooves in the plastic that's supposed to be like, struts and things, but they are just no fun to play with and feel cheap in ma' hands. I've skipped on most of the new movie line, and the only movie(s) toys I can say that I really, honestly like are the Leader Brawls from the 07 movie.

There is no Transformers toy more worthless in my collection than TFM07 Payload. The shoulders / head falls off, the massive plunger sticking out the back, etc etc all lead to a complete waste of plastic.
Second worst is RotF Arcee - its robot mode is simply horrid.
Classics HotShot isn't that great either, but the complete turd that is his partner Jolt simply looks and feels like it's made out of KO "quality" plastic.
And Dagon... pretty harsh, dude. You know, some of us DO like some of the figs.
