Would it be illegal?

For example:
Level 0
Aluminum -- Barely any reduction
Iron -- Fairly good reduction
Level 1
Steel -- Slightly better than iron, but not much
Ceramic -- About the same as steel, however does not effect speed / attack rolls as much.

I am open to any armor and weapons information Autobots have discovered. Please divulge.

Are you out there on the front lines or at home keeping score?"

If that where the case then all the keen would've been banned years ago. Actually most of this game has been reversed engineered at one point or another.
Armour has always been hard to narrow down. First it's hard to get a relibale pool of data. I suggest at least 50 samples to determine your averages from.
Secondly this is key. You need a comsistent setup to fight.
In my opinon the best way to run armour tests is the, can't beleive i said this but the arena. You need your punching bag to run with no spd no crg armour plus str. In my opinion 5 end to as i'm in the group that thinks there is a damage penalty for end < 5. The attaker should have 0 str 0 frp a weapon or attack that does a consistent range of damage. Say for instance a unarmoured hit scores 19-23. Then added armour makes it 21-18, over the course of your sample pool you can determine your medain average. Just as a final say i think the armour equation is fairly complicated, lot of variables to accept, oh and i just happen to think there is a unkown variable that influences this.
One final note if i get reprimanded for talking mechanics, i'm comin to your house Anshin.

I'd be down but i'm to incosistent on my play times. My best advice is to look at your logs, the cons you see on a regular are your best people to talk too. I'll help out what i can review data run numbers. Look 4 factions had one good point, con could test on pred or vice versa. Also talk to even in pm some of the older bots. Autobot saviuor maybe.

I have an average play time from roughly 8am to 6pm est M-F (work) and then depending on classes I am good to play from (7-12) M-F. Saturday and Sunday are hit or miss as I do most of my volunteer work on those days and then relax at night.

I find your lack of commitment disturbing.

I guess I could draft one up based upon the user logged in and try to work off of the missions since it would only be 6 timers, however I would have to figure out a few other things. I will start on a new module shortly and then release it to the HMW community if you would be interested in something similar.

Yes I would. I used to do a XP count weekly for those that were playing a small game, counted highest kill of the week, most XP gained, and whatnot.

If all goes well with my code it will automatically take the fight logs and drop them into an excel spreadsheet that all I have to do is look at the numbers and figure out the damage absorption ratios.
Oh good, another one who says they can code ... nice knowing you.

People who can do computer coding and play HMW have a tendency to disappear without notice for extended periods of time.

This works out great for me considering I just had a nasty split with my fiance so I have pretty much come back to HMW to get away from the outside world. Last time I was around was just before the reset. I remember asking how to get on the development team here and sending an email to Ryan, however I did not have all of the necessary skills to join. I have since rectified that (Masters) but now I am going for a new masters so I have to find a sense of distraction from the work/home/school thing.
If I do plan on taking an extended break I will make sure to post it and PM you a few times. If I die before then I will try to track you down and haunt you till you can promote my characters to full 10 stats in honor of my death.

Having recently started to design my own website, I think I know why. Most hosts provide an email system with their service. You create an account for the website, with the website's address in it, and all is good.
To show it off, you put it somewhere on your website, and all is good.
Then you never, ever, ever, ever check it because it is not part of your everyday life, as you obviously already have an email account, because you need one to sign up for hosting...
