Here is my repaint of Wreckage. Sorry about the photos, but the only place in my room with enough light to actually see anything is directly under the bulb, and that's where my bed is, so no cool action poses I'm afraid. :-(

He kept falling over. And no, I don't know how to resize them without loosing the detail. Spot the sneaky cameo I didn't even realise was there until I put them on the comp.

Headlights!

The front body shots didn't come out very well, but these two did, so you can still see what he's like in robot mode and see the detailing. :grin:

Weapons need detailing too!

I really hated that stupid looking gun on his alt mode, so I sliced it off. He's alot more streamlined now. His helmet was done in silver with Gold trim around his entire face and the nobbly bits on the side of his head alternate gold/silver.

Very happy and proud of the way he turned out.

Great job. A Wreckage in any other color than the original is much better IMHO.

Just because you said that, i'm gonna paint one pink and electric blue.
Anyhoo, nice one, but for some reason the plastic in one pic looks warped, but then again I'm bad at seeing.

The repaint gives Wreckage a cool shadowy ninja vibe, befitting his robot mode and sword weapons. Nice job!

I'll hold you on that.

The plastic may look warped, but that's actually where the paint started going gloopy for some reason. I smoothed it out the best I could, and you can't actually tell it's like that unless there is direct light on that specific part (which there is on these pics) but the actual plastic is fine.

I'm trying to find a place a con logo could be stuck without it showing up in alt mode, but the only place I can find is his limbs, which would look naff. Any suggestions as he is currently factionless?

Your all black color scheme reminds me of Scamper who came with Metroplex. Did you give any thoughts to turnin him into that character?

This is where the bad lighting in my room comes into play.

It's not black, but a dark green. A similar colour to military vehicles. Revell Matt Number 66. The thought of Scamper never crossed my mind, I simply wanted to make him more ninja style, while still able to blend in with human army vehicles. Although I wonder, a black Wreckage with the gun removed would look alot like movie Scamper. Hmm, with Brawl turned into Stamper, we would just need someone to create a large Metroplex. We have people with mad skills like that, I wonder if anyone would be up to the challange.
