What's a good preseason wrestling training program? Wrestling starts soon and i've been going to a camp to get conditioned. But then i fractured my hand and I can't wrestle for 5 weeks. So i can't go to the camp and I'm going to miss tryouts but I talked to my coach and he said he'll see what he can do. So i was wondering what I could do to get stronger and faster in a couple weeks, without my left hand. Include workout ideas, foods to eat, and any other tips.
