To be FAIR on the kids - they are disc shaped and are called "Record Discs". <.<

That's either defective genetic stock or poopy parenting.Sustain wrote:Yeah but my kid is 15, and still doesn't realize it's not a CD.

Did it include the phrase "Back in the day..." at any point?Sustain wrote:I do have 8 tracks though. That was a fun explanation.

You know you are getting old when ... you realise you've had your tattoo longer than your office trainee has been alive.

What makes you feel old?

Same here, I was in my first year, and I still remember everything I did on that day.Throttlebotsrevenge wrote:... when people ask me where I was on 9/11 and are shocked to learn I was in university.
I was just a kid when the Challenger blew up, but Princess Diana died on my birthday, so I remember that very well....whenever a milestone anniversary of a major event rolls around (Challenger explosion, death of Princess Di, etc. I remember both of those happening!)
As much as that would make me weep for the collective loss of human intelligence, I won't deny that a tiny part of me wants to see that.Next year, people on Instagram will probably come up with some stupid challenge where they cram their mouth fulls of walnuts and then bash their face into a flat surface.

I would be amazed with it's durability unless you work at a nursery full of babies. Underwear and socks always seem to get holes in them within a year or so.
