For just Movieverse, I'd pick Jazz, assuming what actually happened during the course of the movies isn't a factor. I've always wanted to hang out with a "cool guy", but I guess a "cool BOT"'d be close enough.
For any Autobot from any continuity, I'd go with G1 Prowl. He's a prick, but the police motto is "To serve and PROTECT", so you know that Prowl is perfect for the job.
