Oceana depends on her size and strength to assert her dominance over her portion of the ocean. She is very territorial, and only socializes with the other members of Team Stormfront. She isn't dedicated to the Decepticon cause so much as she is dedicated to her leader, Stargazer, one of her oldest friends.
