Vexen's Bio

Vexen is the Organizations Scientist and Medic. He was given the power over ice, yet it isn't near as powerful as Tundrabomber. Is facinated by the Matrix of Leadership, mainly for it's power. In battle, likes to freeze his enemies and take them hostage so he could experiment on them.
