Sting Ray's Bio

Sting Ray is the third Lieutenant of Stealth Claw, and a former Deception. Sting Ray worked in Crystal City before the war, but was forced to join the cons, or die, so when he had the chance to join the VDMA Brotherhood, he took it. He's also the VDMA's deception Medic, and well he wants the zombie Apocalypse happen.
