Scraps' Bio

Scraps is the First Lieutenant of Stealth Claw, and a former Deception. He is also an insecticon and the first successful clone made by Shockwave. Scraps is the clone of Shockwave and his brother of Shockblast. He is as powerful as Shockblast and as intelligent as Shockwave, but he kept his emotions. Scraps also works alone. He joined the brotherhood because he he was treated like scum by his fellow decepticons becuase he was a clone.
