Signal To Noise, he lives up to his name.
When your communications go all static, and you've lost signal, look to the sky and the ground, because it is assured that either Signal or his brother ctrlFrequency are there.
Signal specializes in communications alone, jamming enemy communication channels, audio and video, as well as boosting and securing his faction's communications. It's sometimes said he's rivaled only by Soundwave.
Where as his loud mouthed brother flies above and makes his presence known, Signal takes a generally quieter, focused approach while all eyes are on his brother.
