Towering Omegatron began existence as one of Megatron's Dark Guardian robots who was destroyed along with most of the other Omega Sentinels of either faction. Unlike most of his kind Omegatron was salvaged and reconstructed into a new form and stored on the WarpVoid awaiting reactivation.
