Ion Storm is the Brother of Acid Storm and Second in command in the Strike Force, he is the master of all things to do with electricity. He shocks his enemies into submission and bend them to him. He used to be a Decepticon Controlled by Bombshell, But was brought to the Autobots by Acid Storm and his Crew.
