Weather is the most common factor unsuccessful generals overlook. A logistics unit lives and dies by the forecast and Sea Crest is adept at predicting how the patterns of the weather will act. He loves earth for it's diversity and complexity. He may not always be 100% accurate but even 75% is impressive. It could be the fact the he isn't afraid to wade into the weather to collect data.
