Profile: Lug took a major pounding from the Protectorate when he first landed in Axiom Nexus. He required extensive repairs to become functional again and in this time, the technicians thought that he deserved chassis upgrade to something a little more advanced. Once again, despite all the TransTech technological superiority, Lugs consciousness was still unfixable.

Lug’s mental capacity was diminished when Necrotek first built him, and all attempts to increase it have failed. It has been suggested that there’s a glitch in Lug’s memory allocation processes, or maybe Lug just likes being dumb. Lug needs to be told everything as simply as possible; preferably using one syllable words and repeated four times. A glitch that prevented him from distinguishing friend from foe has been eliminated; however someone has to tell him when a new target is a friend or foe. Only those he recognizes as friends can tell him though. Lug speaks very rarely and they’re small phrases like “OK” or “Me shoot now?” The death of Baboom and the rest of the War Crashers had no impact of Lug. He just wondered why he had to make a lot of new friends very quickly.

Abilities: Lug's armour can withstand a thermo-nuclear detonation at close range. Most weaponry just bounces off his armour. He has dual shoulder-mounted rocket launchers that can target air or ground threats. Each arm has a fusion cannon similar to Megatorn's attached to it. In his cannon mode, which has been upgraded to add treads for moving, all of these weapons combine at the barrel to form a wall of massive firepower that can fry a citybot. Lug probably could destroy an entire planet if left unchecked.

Weaknesses: He is far from a good conversationalist. He only understands the commands "Shoot Autobots", "Stop shooting", "Go there," and other simple phrases. Telling him to deliver the collected data to another base would confuse him no end and probably end up with someone getting hurt. He is very slow and very bulky, making him a very easy of targets for even the worst enemy shooters.
