PROFILE

Datamatrix is the younger brother of Soundwave and his self styled rival. A genius hacker who has studied how to replicate and make sparks without use of the Artifact of Primus. He was called forth by Megatron to make three cloned sons he could use as his heir. Alongside his friend Medicon he created Dynamax, Ultimax and Supremax and now serves as Dynamax's advisor. Datamatrix is involved with a relationship with Shockwave's protege, the triplechanger casetticon called Sustain.

ABILITIES

Datamatrix wields a sonic concussion rifle that can vibrate and shatter most metals. His shoulder cannon functions both as a High Frequency Wave Cannon, which fires a wide range sonic blast at his foes and substitute as a missile launcher. Data even has a energon scimitar he can use in a pinch. Aside from his cassettes he has Spy eye drones that transmit signals directly into his brain. They can fire cutter laser blasts as well as self destruct.

He possesses a cerebral modem that allows him technopathic power that can have him control machines as well as maintain a live feed into the internet. This makes his hacking skills most dangerous. His three cassettes, Syntax, ROM, and RAM work alongside these abilities to be an impressive infiltration team too.

WEAKNESSES

Control of his machines are limited by distance and quantity. This can also limit his own ability to fight by dividing his concentration. His optics are also very sensitive to light, which is why he needs his optical visor.
