Junkions are known to be TV addicts. There is no disputing this obvious fact. However, who keeps all those televisions running? Who makes sure the signal is coming in clear? Junkion 'Televisionists.' This insular cabal of television repairbots borders on mysticism. For them, the art of getting the signal to come in and adjusting rabbit ears is ritualistic, and despite how strange how it may sound and seem, it works. Ruckus is one of these strange mechanoids, and is eccentric to an extreme. He genuinely believes quacking like a duck while dancing around will restore a lost signal and that each television has their own unique personality that must be appeased. Somehow, he can coax even the most damaged systems to work, if partially.
