Hysteria's Bio
Hysteria was best known in his reality for his ability to strike fear and terror into others, the sole survivor of a universe consumed by Unicron, he's been left with his own fears knowing that everything and everyone he knew is gone. Now facing a strange new world his fears are growing, leaving him unstable and close to a neural meltdown of his own.
Abilities:
Hysteria possesses the ability to get into the minds of sentient beings and cause panic via a sophisticated neural transmitter.
Based on Bombshell's Cerebro-shell technology, Hysteria's "Neural Nightmares" allows him to remotely "hack" into the minds of others without the need for a physical cerebro-shell connection. Once in, Hysteria finds their greatest fears and brings them to the surface. Prolonged exposure has driven many targets insane and has earnt Hysteria the nickname "Psychic Assassin".
Weaknesses:
With his "survivor guilt" slowly destroying his neural pathways, Hysteria is slowly going insane. The degredation is worsened each time he accesses his "Neural Nightmares" as his degraded pathways has allowed the techology to seep into his own systems.
