Function: TV Historian/ Cosmic Hiccup Carrier

While studying the TV habits of the Primitive Junkion Tribes living in the Junkion Rainforest, Fongpay was infected with Cosmic Rust when he brushed up against a rusty, stainless steel nail.
With the Cosmic Rust spreading quickly throughout his body, Fongpay reluctantly accepted a home-brewed Cosmic Rust remedy from the tribe's Junkion Shaman (The secret ingredient was energon secretions from Turbo-Rabbits and Copper-Frogs).
The remedy worked and Fongpay was cured, but he was left a rare side-affect: Cosmic Hiccups, to which there is no known cure.
