Floods' Bio
Function: Sea Scout
Profile: Subject is loud and obnoxious. Blackstreak often wonders how it is someone so careless about making his presence known even became a member of the Scout Patrol. Bigstep is exactly that- when he's around you know it. He talks really loud, walks very heavy, and fights like a bot ten times his own size. Because of his behavior he also gets brash, tends to dominate conversations, and jumps into fights that is more than he can handle. Subject is like this because he has a bad hearing problem, his vocalizer lacks a volume adjuster, and he was based on Earth's dinosaur model, the Brachiosaur.
Abilities: Equipped w/ radar and sonar, his optics can spot objects in the deep ocean and in dirty, murky water. Wields a water-powered laser cannon in robot mode. In Dinosaur mode has a hip mounted cannon that can create whirlpools that can sink enemy boats crushing them into a twisted wreckage. An apt swimmer in both modes and skilled in water combat both above and below the surface.
Weaknesses: Slow mover on land, prone to creaky joints when out of the water. If not carefully oiled and kept under maintenance can break down and become useless.
