Z07's Bio

Doc Quantum isn't much of a fighter. He's weak, he's uptight, and he panics easily... so easily, in fact, that he's been known to actually short out his processors and "faint" when confronted with violence. However, the Doc has one thing going for him: he's an absolute mastermind. With that gift, Quantum has become one of the most sought-after repair specialists in the field. Every injury is a puzzle to be solved, and the Doc is very good at riddles. He is also responsible for any alternate form conversions that might occur within the Torque Brothers team. His skilled hands have already created several impressive upgrades, and even a few full-scale rebuilds.

Doctor Quantum's alternate form is that of a high-powered electron microscope.
