Tower is the ambassador from the planet micro, and because of his small size, he has a trailer that functions as his office, and a mech suit that he can face other transformers in the eye, and use standard interfaces.

After a meeting with the representitive of the planet Master, Buzz, Tower had his frame and interfaces reengineered, that her could now take a head mode, and thus he could operate his mech suit as a transector.
