Steam Punk's Bio

Steam Punk is a mechanical aberration, operating a technologically inferior body created by the Earthers in the 1800's. Primus inexplicably gave a spark to this monstrosity. Nobody wanted him, he just stared at the world. He was found by Downbeat, who sought to give Steam Punk a cause. Steam Punk is perpetually concerned about his body's failing fuel reactor, which uses the depleting source of energy known as fossil fuels. He transforms into a mechanical cannon/weapons platform.
