Flash Flood's Bio

Flash Flood enjoys his job for several reasons: It's challenging work, outside, and he's guaranteed to never go hungry. He, like other professional snipers, has standards. Be polite. Be efficient. Have a plan to kill everyone that you meet. Flash Flood has worked on Nebulos for many vorns, leaving him with a distinctive accent. That's where he met Downbeat, an incredibly fast red car who stole intel that the sniper was supposed to guard. After being defeated in combat, he joined Downbeat's crew, but Flash Flood keeps his distinctive colors.
