Profile: Once an Autobot named Highway, Jar Axel was captured and imprisoned by a group of renegade Decepticons during the time of upheaval following the destruction of Unicron. He remained in their prison and torture facility for several years until freed by a group of Decepticons during an attempt to free several loyal Decepticons being held there. After regaining his freedom Highway found himself unable to return to the Autobots on the belief that they had simply abandoned him to die in the prison. Changed by his experience and with much of the psychological damage done to him still lingering Highway changed his identity to Jar Axel and began forming the mercenary group known as the Demolition Crew which he now leads in the service of the RDD. Though he has turned his back on the Autobots he still feels some connection to Silver Wind whom he once thought of as a friend

Abilities: Jar Axel is an excellent strategist and a tactical genius. He is capable of making split second decisions while under heavy stress and has rarely been known to lose his resolve in any situation. In addition he is highly skilled with his weapon of choice the twin swords which he uses without mercy on nearly any Autobot to cross his path.

Weaknesses: The psychological damage he has suffered can cause him to become very unstable and often prevents him from acting against the Autobot Silver Wind. This instability has caused a near total psychological collapse on many occasions and it is only through the ministrations of the Medical Engineer Tammuz that he is able to be made functional again.
