Hail Barrage is Insane, he'll sit back a randomly blow stuff up just the hear the blast. He is a young bot, just barely out of the Protoform stage of life. Even his fellow Decepticons don't like to be on the same battle field as him. He has been known to shoot his own allies not knowing that they are on the same side, well most Decepticons hope he doesn't know when he shoots them.
